For leading retailer we developed a library of potential use cases. Based on ROI and strategic priorities we selected the most lucrative one.

For large organisation we established the competence centre for AI with interdisciplinary team, tools library, guidelines for AI governance and training programmes for AI competencies.

For a client we set up an on-prem LLM model hosted internaly with full client information security control. We performed a fine-tuning (training) on the model to create an internaly controlled SLM in the field of business development and technical data sales force enforcement.
